We work with qualified projects in both the private and public sectors. With a full project portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Installation Coordinator who wants to develop Frank together with us. We also have roles such as Project Manager, Design Manager, Construction Manager, and Environmental Coordinator.

Our corporate language is Swedish, and we operate in the Stockholm area. For this role, we are not looking for subcontractors.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Lead, coordinate, and manage installation projects throughout or part of the process.

• Responsible for schedules, budgets, and follow-up.

• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and clients.

• Conduct financial and construction meetings and ensure project progress.

• Handle financial, construction, and installation technical issues.

• Ensure that installations meet requirements according to laws, agreements, and the client's goals.

A large part of our assignments are security-classified, which means a security clearance check will be conducted in connection with employment.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have relevant post-secondary education in electricity and/or installation technology and have substantial experience in installation coordination within the construction and property industry, with a focus on electrical installations. It is an advantage if you have worked on the consulting or client side and are accustomed to driving projects with multiple stakeholders. You understand both the project's and the customer's business and have the ability to make decisions that drive projects in the right direction. You have high competence in electricity and good knowledge of AB/ABT and AMA standards. If you are also a certified construction inspector, it is a big plus.
