Job Responsibilities

As part of our customer service team, you will be a key part of every customer experience. In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will primarily answer incoming calls and emails. The focus of the role is to deliver high customer satisfaction, which contributes to sales and efficiency.

As part of the team, you will work with:

• Incoming calls
• Email handling
• Chat support
• Mail handling
• Case management/Follow-up cases

Who are you?

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have good computer skills or previous experience with CRM/customer systems.
• You can work both individually and as part of a team.

Merits

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles is a plus.
• Previous experience with the Office suite is an advantage.

Training

We want to give you the best possible start with us. Therefore, we begin employment with a one-week internal training program on the electricity market. You will also learn more about our services and how we work. The training takes place on-site with full pay.

About the Position

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30–19:30.

Employment terms: Permanent position, with a 6-month probationary period.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
