Your Role

As a nurse in Home Health Care, you provide primary healthcare interventions for patients aged 18 and over. In your role as a nurse, you need to take initiative and prioritize between different interventions. You collaborate closely with patients, relatives, nursing colleagues, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other key actors, both within the municipality and the region, to create the best possible conditions for safe and high-quality care in the patients' own homes.

Your New Workplace

Home Health Care is responsible around the clock for home care, rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices in ordinary housing for persons over 18 who need healthcare interventions.

We work based on a person-centered approach and a holistic view where every patient meeting is unique and significant. Our goal is to strengthen the individual's ability to live an independent life and offer good, safe, and high-quality care. The work is based on a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach with a focus on participation, coordination, and clear division of responsibility.

We value sustainable working hours and actively work to create healthy schedules adapted to the needs of the operations. As a nurse in Home Health Care, you work primarily during daytime hours with sparse evening and weekend duties (every 6th weekend).

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Experience and/or further education within district nursing, elderly care, or psychiatry is meritorious. You are accustomed to working in digital systems and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A category B driver's license is required for the position.

You thrive in independent work while valuing collaboration and having the ability to coordinate and hold care interventions together. You work with a professional and positive attitude towards both patients and colleagues. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Pets and smokers may be present at the workplace. Heavy lifting occurs, and transfer aids must be used.
