At our company, you will take on a broad and important role where you combine analysis and structure with collaboration, development, and practical sustainability management.
About the role
As a Sustainability Coordinator at Blomsterlandet, you will work broadly with sustainability issues, with a particular focus on reporting, data collection, sustainable purchasing, and product-related regulatory compliance.
You will become a key link between purchasing, logistics, assortment, marketing, and management. The role involves ensuring that we meet external requirements and internal goals, as well as developing methods, follow-ups, and structures within the sustainability area.
Your main responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
- Collect, analyze, and quality-assure sustainability data.
- Contribute to sustainability reporting according to relevant regulations, such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and the GHG Protocol.
- Coordinate materials for annual and sustainability reports.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to sustainability.
- Support purchasing in setting and monitoring sustainability requirements for suppliers.
- Work with supplier assessments, codes of conduct, and monitoring of environmental and social criteria.
- Identify risks in the supply chain related to climate, biodiversity, working conditions, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that products meet relevant legal requirements within areas such as chemical legislation, product safety, labeling, and import.
- Follow up on product documentation such as test reports, certificates, and technical documentation.
We are looking for you who
Have a relevant post-secondary education in areas such as sustainability, environment, economics, purchasing, quality, or a related field.
You have experience with sustainability reporting, sustainability data, or regulatory compliance related to products, suppliers, or purchasing. You have a good understanding of purchasing processes and supplier chains and thrive working analytically, structured, and data-driven.
We would appreciate if you have experience with the following:
- CSRD, GHG Protocol, or other sustainability reporting.
- Product documentation, certifications, or regulatory compliance.
- Product safety, chemical requirements, labeling, or import regulations.
- System support or processes for data collection and monitoring.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have a good ability to make complex information clear and useful for others.

- This is a parental leave substitute position where you step into an important role while one of our colleagues is on parental leave. The position is full-time with a start date as agreed.
