Foreman in Facade & Windows – Gothenburg

Do you want to take the next step in your career and work in a leading role within the construction industry? We are now looking for an engaged and driven Foreman in facade and windows for one of our clients in Gothenburg. This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by the client company.

About the role

As a foreman, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects within facade and window contracts. You play a key role in ensuring that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

You will have daily contact with installers, subcontractors, customers, and project management, and will become a key person in the operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work on projects.
• Ensure quality, working environment, and efficient production.
• Plan staffing and material flows.
• Follow up on schedules and economy.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and suppliers.
• Participate in construction meetings and project follow-ups.
• Support and motivate the team in daily work.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience as a foreman or leading installer in construction.
• Have knowledge of facades, windows, or similar contracts.
• Are used to working independently and taking responsibility.
• Have good ability to plan and structure work.
• Communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Contract law.
• BAS-U/BAS-P.
• Project management in construction.
