About the position
As a Registrar at the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen), you support and collaborate with the agency's various operations. You are part of a team with other registrars, while having a clear individual responsibility within our diary management and case handling. You provide advice and support and answer questions both internally and externally. You handle the disclosure of public documents and are responsible for closing cases and archiving. You also have the opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues to develop and quality-assure diary management as well as the registrar function. To ensure you have the best conditions to perform your task, we offer opportunities for competence development.
About you

We are looking for you who has
- 1-year Higher Education Vocational Training (YH) as a Registrar
- current and practical experience of the registrar role as the main task
- experience working in diary and case management systems
- very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both orally and in writing
It is meritorious if you have
- completed higher education with a degree
- experience with the case management system Public 360
- experience handling large information flows
Good to know
The employment is a permanent full-time position and begins with a six-month probation period. You will be based at the office on Västerbroplan in Stockholm. In the spring of 2027, the agency will move to newly renovated premises in Solna Strand. Your job title will be Registrar and your placement is at the Registry Unit and the Department for Operational Support.
