Description

School Area 1 in the Northeast includes three schools: Bergumsskolan (Grades F-9), Gunnilseskolan (Grades F-6), and Björsaredsskolan (Grades F-3). These schools are located in the scenic Bergum-Gunnilse area with good bus connections. Nearby you will find beautiful hiking trails, cycling paths, a golf course, as well as good services, culture, and sports facilities in the Angered center. A total of approximately 1,100 students attend the schools in this area, and more than 130 staff members work here, including canteen and cleaning staff.

At Bergumsskolan in Olofstorp, approximately 850 students attend from preschool class up to Grade 9. The staff consists of about 80 employees, including teachers, student health services, and other support functions. Teachers are organized into work teams for F-3, 4-6, and one for each grade in the lower secondary school. The school also has a special education group for students in Grades 4-9. Bergumsskolan has long worked from a systemic values-based approach, and we actively work to promote and prevent issues to ensure a calm, secure, and pleasant school and workplace for everyone. All teachers and preschool teachers have a common forum for subject-specific professional development every week, as well as weekly work team meetings where all staff in the collegium participate.

Job Responsibilities
