The West Link is one of Sweden's largest and most complex infrastructure projects. Work is underway at Korsvägen in one of the most intensive sections, and this is where Prowork Kompetens has several teams out in production.

We are now looking for you who want to take a central role in ensuring everything comes together.

This is a role for you who thrives close to production, but also has a natural drive to structure, coordinate, and create flow in the daily work.

About the role:

You will move between production, meetings, and follow-up – one moment out on site, the next in dialogue with foremen or the project organization.

Your most important task? To put the whole picture together.

You will become a bit of a "spider in the web" – the one who ensures our teams work in sync, that information lands correctly, and that nothing gets lost along the way. You will act as a link between our supervisors and our client.

You will among other things:

• Coordinate work between our on-site Supervisors
• Support and relieve our foremen in their daily work
• Participate in production meetings and follow up on decisions
• Ensure information reaches the right people at the right time
• Work with planning, follow-up, and some administration
• Create structure and continuity in a project where many parts are running simultaneously

Since our foremen work on shifts and are not always on site at the same time, you become a crucial piece in keeping the work together over time.

We are looking for you who:

Have a construction technical background, preferably as an engineer, and have worked close to production in a role such as Foreman or similar.

You are accustomed to reading drawings and have a good understanding of how production works, especially in larger construction or infrastructure projects.

You have a coordinating way of working and thrive in a role where you get to hold several parts together simultaneously. Structure, communication, and follow-up are natural parts of your working style.

We believe that you:

• Have an engineering degree in construction
• Have experience in a supervisory role on construction sites
• Can read drawings without difficulty
• Have worked in larger projects within construction or infrastructure
• Have a strong holistic mindset and enjoy coordinating
• Are structured and comfortable with administrative tasks
• Enjoy meetings and are used to documenting and following up
• Speak English and Swedish (Polish is an advantage)
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Are based in Gothenburg
• Can start immediately
