We are now looking for you who want to be part of an exciting project within the automotive industry where operations, processes, and IT meet. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a central role in a larger change project related to the implementation of a new system, where you will focus heavily on business-related support, training, and anchoring within the organization.

This is a traveling role where you will work close to operations on-site at various locations and support users in the transition to new ways of working and systems. You will become an important link between the project organization and operations, focusing on creating understanding, engagement, and security in the change. You are also offered good development opportunities internally within the company.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

  • support the implementation of a new business system within the automotive industry
  • plan and conduct training for users, primarily within the sales organization
  • guide and support operations in new ways of working, processes, and routines
  • act as a contact point between operations, users, and the project organization
  • contribute to ensuring a successful implementation in operations through close collaboration and on-site user support

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience from a role within the automotive industry and a good understanding of how sales and delivery processes work. The role involves traveling throughout Sweden, but the company has its office in southern Stockholm. Therefore, you should enjoy being out in operations and meeting people. You are confident in taking a place, pedagogical in your way of communicating, and have an easy time building relationships and creating trust.

Furthermore, we see that you…

  • have a post-secondary education in areas such as economics, IT, business, or other relevant fields
  • have experience working close to sales, delivery, business development, or similar functions
  • are accustomed to working in different systems and have an interest in digitalization, process improvement, and change work
  • thrive in a role where you get to train, support, and collaborate with many different contact points
