Your Responsibilities
The Supplier Quality and Development organization at Siemens Energy is responsible for ensuring the best supplier base in terms of quality, reliability, and safety. The function Supplier Quality & Development acts as a support to procurement and manufacturing through both preventive and reactive measures.
The team operates globally across business units and regions, providing standards and tools to ensure quality and delivery for all purchased goods.
In the role of Supplier Quality Assurance, you are responsible for selected purchasing areas and suppliers, focusing on driving, coordinating, and monitoring activities related to deviation reports and quality work.
The work includes:
- Ensuring correct root cause analyses (RCA) and that implemented measures prevent recurrence.
- Analyzing statistics to verify and validate measures and to detect recurring defects.
- Preparing materials and reports, for example, for Supplier Performance Reviews.
- Contributing to continuous improvement through process and supplier development.
A central part of the role is building and maintaining internal contacts within Siemens Energy as well as external relationships with suppliers. The role involves acting as a coordinator and the "hub" throughout the entire deviation process – from registration and analysis to action, implementation, and follow-up – as well as ensuring correct cost basis for any supplier claims.

We would appreciate it if you have a few years of work experience in production, business development, procurement, quality, or related areas.
The role involves many international supplier contacts as well as internal contacts within the company. Therefore, it is important that you thrive in the role of "hub," can express yourself well both orally and in writing in Swedish and English, and have the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically.
