About the role

As a groundworker with us, you will work on various types of ground and construction projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Paving and stone laying
• Setting kerb stones
• Preparatory ground work and excavation
• Use of tools and equipment such as plate compactors and laser levels
• Excavator work and fine-tuning of surfaces

The work is practical and physical, primarily carried out outdoors alongside an engaged team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2–4 years of experience in ground work, paving, or construction
• Has good proficiency in Swedish or English
• Is responsible, meticulous, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys physical work and working outdoors
• Is solution-oriented and has a positive attitude
• Has good teamwork skills and thrives in a team environment

Merits:

• Certificate for Road Work (Arbete på väg)
• Certificate for Hot Work (Heta Arbeten)
• Machine experience or experience from construction projects
