Description

Kullen School has approximately 310 students and 45 employees. The school is located close to Kungälv center and is easily accessible by public transport. The school has a stable management structure, and we are passionate about the students' entire school day, which makes the after-school program an incredibly important part of the operations.

We have four after-school departments: Galaxen for preschool class, Stjärnan for Grade 1, Kometen for Grade 2, and Vintergatan for Grades 3–6. The after-school program has its own team leader and holds regular meetings with the student health team and the principal, known as EHM. There is also time in the calendar for joint planning and collaboration with other after-school departments and teacher teams.

During the upcoming school year, we will build upon SPSM's further education in ADHD/ASD (NPF) for the after-school program, focusing on pedagogical planning tailored to the students who need the most support.

Responsibilities

You will work in the Galaxen after-school program for preschool classes during the upcoming school year. You will also serve as a resource in the classroom during daytime hours.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool class teacher or teacher in the after-school program, preferably with a subject combination. You should be someone who is passionate about children and development. You need to have good communication skills to collaborate well with your colleagues. You should be solution-oriented and believe that clear frameworks create good conditions for leadership both in the after-school program and in the classroom.
