We are looking for personal assistants for a client with autism and epilepsy

We are currently seeking personal assistants for a client with autism, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. The client prefers female applicants at this time.

The introduction and start of work will take place during the summer, with good prospects for a permanent position starting in the autumn. From autumn onwards, the role will also involve accompanying and supporting the client at her day activity program.

We are looking for someone who is calm, secure, and has great patience. You must be able to handle situations with a low-affective approach and have the ability to distract, motivate, and gently guide when the client becomes rigid or displays challenging behavior. It is important that you can create a sense of security and build a good relationship with the client.

We would like you to:

Be responsible and receptive
Have a calm and stable approach
Be flexible and solution-oriented
Have experience with autism or similar work (meritorious but not a requirement)

Personal suitability is highly valued. Experience in healthcare and social care is meritorious but not a requirement.
