About the client

A young man with autism who has moved into his own apartment and needs a stable, secure home environment. Two staff members are on duty around the clock to create a good day for him based on his needs.

You will, of course, also work with and maintain daily routines, household tasks such as cooking and cleaning, while simultaneously creating quality of life through various outings and activities for the client.

About you

Are you a secure and stable person? Can you handle other people's emotions without taking them over? Wonderful, because that is exactly what is needed in this job! If you are the one who stays calm when things get tough, and have a generally positive and cheerful attitude, you have an advantage.

We also believe that you are excellent at collaborating, finding solutions, and making decisions.

Previous experience with autism is an advantage.

Sign language skills are an advantage.
