You will step into a strategic initiative where a modern, secure, and scalable development environment is to be established for an advanced system in a defense and security-critical operation. This is more than just a platform change. You will drive a change that strengthens delivery capability, security compliance, and collaboration between several parts of the organization.

The environment is complex and central to being able to develop, deliver, and further develop the product over time. Today, there are limitations in working methods, toolchains, and collaboration, and you will have a key role in leading the transition to a new platform, new integrations, and a more sustainable way of working. The role combines technical transformation with organizational change and gives you significant influence over both implementation and long-term direction. • You lead the project from planning to pilot, validation, and full rollout.
• You drive structure and progress by planning activities, tracking milestones, and managing risks and dependencies.
• You prepare and lead governance, decision forums, and escalations so that the project maintains direction and pace.
• You build a project organization that creates clarity between technology, business, and other stakeholders.
• You drive the migration to a new development platform, toolchain, and integration landscape.
• You coordinate work between architects, developers, IT, and security functions to ensure technology and business move in the same direction.
• You ensure that security and compliance requirements are woven into the solution and the working methods.
• You lead changes in roles, governance, decision structures, and working methods to create anchoring and actual adoption.
• You contribute to a modern and flow-based working approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• You define and initiate a roadmap for further development and scaling after implementation.

• Several years of experience in senior project management in complex technical environments.
• Documented experience with large-scale transformation and migration projects.
• Experience leading both technical and organizational change.
• Good understanding of development environments, DevOps, integration platforms, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience from security-critical or regulated operations.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional and international teams.
• Very good communicative and organizational skills.
• Ability to create structure, drive decisions, and handle many stakeholders simultaneously.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.

• Experience from the defense industry or other security-critical operations.
• Experience with agile transformation journeys and change management.
• Experience with compliance- and security-driven development environments.
• Experience with international delivery and collaboration models.
