About the position

As an excavator operator, you will play a key role in our projects and work with varied tasks within earthworks and civil engineering. The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Excavation work with crawler and wheeled excavators
• Excavation, fine grading, and site preparation
• Working with 3D measurement systems for high precision
• Drainage and civil engineering works
• Daily supervision and basic maintenance of machinery

The work is performed both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and site management across various projects.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2–4 years of experience as an excavator operator or within earthworks and civil engineering
• Hold a valid B-driver's license
• Have certificates for Work on Road 1 and 2
• Have good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience working with 3D measurement systems
• Additional machine qualifications or certificates
• Experience in servicing and maintaining construction machinery
