RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a meal assistant at Övre Soppero School/Preschool involves performing all common tasks in a receiving kitchen, such as simple cooking, serving, dishwashing, cleaning, simple ordering, and more.

Start date: 2026-08-17, probationary employment may apply.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a diploma from upper secondary education with a focus on hospitality and catering or experience in kitchen work. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in a kitchen as well as knowledge and experience of special diets, both from a theoretical and practical perspective.

To succeed in the role of meal assistant at Övre Soppero School/Preschool kitchen, you need to be able to work in a structured manner. You are creative, flexible, and take responsibility for your tasks. Furthermore, you have an interest in cooking and meal service, as well as the ability to interact with children, students, colleagues, and other staff in a professional and positive manner.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
