Job Responsibilities:

As a Site Supervisor with us, you will have an important and central role focused on leading both the team and the operations forward.

Your main tasks will include:

• Work preparation and follow-up
• Leading production in accordance with the project schedule
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Preparing for and participating in construction meetings
• Calling for and planning one or more subcontractors in the project
• Maintaining close collaboration with the Site Manager in the project you are working in

Your Role:

The main responsibility of the role is to lead, distribute, and follow up on work within your assigned area of responsibility. You will participate in planning and the selection of technology and methods for work execution, and you will be responsible for ensuring that work preparations are carried out. You will call for materials in consultation with the Site Manager. You will be responsible for good order at the workplace and report obstacles, changes, and deviations in documents and execution to the Site Manager, as well as keeping a daily log after each working day.

The position is a full-time employment located in Gothenburg. The projects are primarily in Gothenburg, but you need to be flexible to travel to projects within a radius of approximately 70 km.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a construction or infrastructure technical education
• Has at least five years of experience in ground and infrastructure work or contracting activities
• Has experience in a supervisory position or other leadership experience within construction and infrastructure production
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has good computer skills
• Has a B driving license
• Meritorious: Experience with concrete work, class 1 or 2
