HR Manager at WIP Industries Sweden AB in Åseda!
We are looking for a motivated and friendly HR Manager to join our team at WIP Industries Sweden.
WIP Group is a conglomerate headquartered in Åseda, right in the heart of Småland, and consists of several different companies. The group has six owners who have all worked in the company since its inception and have strong ties to Åseda. The WIP companies were founded in 2007 and have carried out many large projects around the world.
WIP Industries Sweden manufactures and delivers interior details to an international furniture company. Through hard work and extensive investments, WIP Industries Sweden is a leader in its industry regarding the efficient production of stainless steel products. The entire process utilizes the absolute latest technology, and we have implemented several innovations that are unique in the industry. Thanks to our well-tuned and innovative production, we will manufacture 3,800,000 products per year, which are then delivered to Europe and North America.
Your Responsibilities
You will be a natural part of the management team and have an advisory role in all personnel-related matters. Your tasks include recruiting and hiring new staff, drawing up employment contracts, monitoring and evaluating employee performance, handling personnel issues and conflicts, planning and conducting staff training, as well as personnel administration such as payroll, time registration, pension matters, and benefits.
You have an advisory role towards both employees and managers and are involved in strategic personnel planning processes as well as operational and strategic business goals. Occupational health and safety issues and employee care are also important parts of your daily routine. The tasks vary greatly, and you should occasionally have a good ability to adapt when the business requires it.

Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Independently lead, drive, and develop HR work.
- Independently drive processes within labor law, occupational health and safety, and rehabilitation.
- Create a good collaboration climate within the business and between trade unions, the municipality, and other stakeholders.
- Develop policies and guidelines.
- Implement decisions from the management team.
- Initiate annual activities such as induction, training, salary mapping, employee surveys, etc.
The Ideal Candidate Has
- Good experience as an HR generalist or equivalent.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Ability to independently take on challenges and suggest activities and projects.
- Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
Qualifications for the Position
- Education in HR, personnel, and labor law.
- A desire to understand the business, be forward-looking, analytical, and have the ability to challenge the business in a calm and pedagogical manner.
- Experience with HR-payroll-time systems, Hogia Lön+, TIDOMAT, or equivalent.
