Hertsö Health Centre is a small health centre in Luleå where we are a group of dedicated and experienced employees. We are a positive and pleasant workplace where everyone supports each other. The health centre has recently undergone extensive renovations. We are now looking for a new colleague to join our psychosocial team.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who have Step 1/basic psychotherapeutic education. It is an advantage if you are a licensed psychotherapist, CBT therapist, or licensed healthcare counselor. We would appreciate it if you have experience working in Cosmic, experience working with mental illness, and preferably experience from primary care.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are flexible and can adapt your working methods to changing needs. You have good teamwork skills and thrive in interdisciplinary teams. You have a holistic view of the patient's situation and understand the interaction between different factors. Furthermore, you are empathetic and meet patients and relatives with sensitivity and professionalism.

What you will work with

At Hertsö Health Centre, we work in a team-based manner with mental illness, where collaboration and a holistic view are central. Patients are initially triaged by our care coordinator, who together with our psychosocial team plans the continued care. The psychosocial team consists of a care coordinator, CBT therapist/counselor, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and doctor. We have regular team rounds once a week, which creates good conditions for collaboration and quality in care. Treatment is conducted both digitally, physically, and via internet-based interventions. The work includes assessment, consultation, and treatment, primarily individual but also in groups. We offer continuous supervision as part of the work. There is some possibility of working from home.

Information about the position

The position is a fixed-term appointment of 6 months, with an employment level of approx. 50%, but this can be discussed. Daytime, weekdays. Start date as soon as possible. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
