Do you have a passion for food and drink and want to deliver high-quality experiences? We are now looking for chefs for HMSHost/Avolta's restaurant unit 60° Bar & Brewery at Arlanda Airport – become part of our team and our journey forward.
About the role
To thrive in the role of chef, we would like you to enjoy a fast-paced environment, be able to work both weekdays and weekends, be attracted by the international atmosphere of an airport, and want to deliver a product that exceeds guest expectations! Together with your colleagues, you are primarily responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and producing salads and sandwiches. Other tasks may include, for example, dishwashing and receiving goods.
The role of chef includes tasks commonly found in a kitchen, such as:
- Cleanliness & cleaning of the kitchen and associated preparation areas
- Reading and following recipes
- Allergens
- Self-control
- Separation & cross-contamination
We are looking for you who are a social and cheerful person with a high service level. You are passionate about the restaurant industry, quality-conscious, and able to work together with others in a fast-paced environment. You are organized, like to keep things clean and tidy around you, and are willing to take on tasks both high and low. In addition, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing.
Competency requirements
- Restaurant/large kitchen education or at least 1-2 years of experience as a chef
- Training in food safety
- Experience in following and adhering to routines
- Detail-oriented and structured.

Other information
This is a part-time position at 75%. The work is distributed over all days of the week, early mornings, and evenings. You need to be able to get to and from the airport almost around the clock, as our operations are open most of the day, 365 days a year. The airport is a security-classified workplace which requires a approved security check including register control. There must also be no gaps in your employment for more than 28 days, unless they can be documented. Please ensure that your last five years can be documented in the form of certificates and statements and prepare yourself before a possible interview.
