Ragn-Sells is an established environmental company working with waste management, recycling, and the transition to a circular economy. To their facility in Högbytorp, Upplands Bro, they are looking for a Weighbridge Administrator starting immediately!

Requirements for the Weighbridge Administrator role

• A work background in a service occupation where you have handled multiple cases simultaneously and provided quick and efficient customer service
• Fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing
• Good English skills in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license & access to a personal car

The following qualifications are considered meritorious

• Mastery of additional languages: e.g., Polish or Latvian
• Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite

About the Weighbridge Administrator job

As a Weighbridge Administrator at the facility, you are a crucial cog in the daily operations as the receiver of materials arriving at the site. You will be part of a group of four people, and your purpose is to receive customers bringing waste of various materials. The material must be weighed and then directed to the correct department. Duties include, among other things, managing the weighing in and out of vehicles, performing checks on incoming materials, and guiding and directing incoming deliveries to the correct area.

The group works in shifts, and there are always at least two people staffing the weighbridge.

Other duties

• Perform checks on required documents (various transport or customs documents)
• Generate statistics for internal and external use
• Direct upcoming deliveries via email and the weighbridge system
• Respond to emails, answer phone calls, and maintain ongoing contact with customers and various departments within the company
