Responsibilities

As a nursery assistant, you work with children in preschool groups based on the Swedish Preschool Curriculum (Lpfö) and other governing documents. You contribute to creating a safe, fun, stimulating, and developmental daily life for the children and work towards achieving goals in the business based on our values and focus areas.

Qualifications

Education as a nursery assistant is required, along with at least 2–3 years of experience working in a preschool setting. You must have good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, flexible, responsible, and has an easy time building good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. Personal suitability is highly valued during the recruitment process. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
