Summer Temporary Position in the Accounting Department – Kungälv Energi

Do you want to gain valuable practical experience in accounting within a socially important operation?

Kungälv Energi is now looking for a summer temporary worker for our accounting department. Here, you will become part of an engaged team and have the opportunity to work closely with the operations in a company that delivers electricity, heating, and broadband to the residents of Kungälv every day.

About the role

As a summer temporary worker, you will work broadly with ongoing accounting and support daily financial management. You will get a practical insight into accounting in an energy company and the opportunity to develop your skills in a real working environment.

Your tasks may include, among other things:

• Handling of supplier accounts
• Registration and follow-up of customer payments
• Reconciliations and simpler bookkeeping
• Other administrative tasks within finance

You will also work in our business system Unit4, which we have recently implemented, and become part of our daily financial processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are studying economics at a college or university, preferably with a focus on accounting.

Experience from public operations or business systems is meritorious, but not a requirement.

You have good knowledge of Excel and other parts of the Office suite. Experience with business systems – especially Unit4 – is meritorious.
