Are you a Land and Development Engineer and want to work broadly with the entire chain from idea to implementation?

With us, you will have a central role in the municipality's development. You will drive your own projects, collaborate with various competencies, and help shape Eslöv.

Your assignment

As a Land and Development Engineer on the Growth Department, you are a key person in the implementation of the municipality's land development, for example by working with development projects from early stages to construction. The area of work is broad, and you will work with everything from implementation issues related to detailed planning to the management of the land reserve. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues within the unit and department, as well as with other authorities within Eslöv Municipality and external actors.

The role includes, among other things:

• Negotiate, draw up, and process agreements such as development agreements, land transfers, leases, and easements
• Participate in detailed planning processes with a focus on implementation issues
• Coordinate and lead development projects
• Manage the municipality's land holdings
• Prepare and present cases for political decisions

Your experience

We are looking for you who have worked with land and development issues, preferably in the public sector.

You have:

• A completed university education in surveying, urban planning, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish property law as well as planning and building legislation
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have:

• Some years of experience working with development projects
• Some years of experience working in a politically governed organization
