We are now looking for a curious and innovative preschool teacher for our preschool!
Are you also wondering how the preschool can become a place to grow, a place to test your own thoughts together with others, and above all a place where tomorrow's creative, innovative, and engaged citizens get a rich and good start on their continued development path? Then you should apply to Anneberg Preschool!
Together we create a preschool where everyone, young and old, gets to grow, develop, learn about themselves and others – together with others. At our preschool, the individual is to develop through and with the help of the collective. Anneberg Preschool is a language-rich preschool; we use images and signs as support, we use creative materials, a breadth of forms of expression, and we cross-language.
In Partille Municipality, preschool and primary school focus on ensuring that every child and student leaves primary school with completed studies. Based on this, we at Anneberg Preschool have decided to find new paths to travel towards the goal. What do children need to take with them when they leave preschool? How should they think about themselves and their peers as they move forward in life? How can we develop our preschool so that it becomes a place to grow and develop a belief in one's own ability, a belief that I will be able to make a difference, for the others I meet and for our common world? Early on, children need to experience being the main character in their lives; early on, children need to develop self-leadership, for how else will I dare to grow and take responsibility?
At our preschool, we believe in the power of relationships; relationships between child and educator, child and child, but also between preschool and family. We work systematically and purposefully to ensure that all families feel safe at the preschool and experience the preschool as a place we share, a place where everyone's voice counts and where you always feel welcome.
Since 2024, we have been further training in relational pedagogy, where we deepen our understanding of Sven Persson's support, which forms the basis for children's growth, and through collegial learning, we reflect together to jointly develop our learning environments so that they support both children and educators' exploration. Together we create conditions for everyone to both understand and be understood. Does this sound interesting and like a journey you want to help shape? Welcome with your application, we are curious about you!

Previous experience working as a preschool teacher is advantageous, especially if you have worked in operations characterized by diversity. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Experience in systematic quality work is also seen as an advantage.
We are looking for you who take initiative, are mission-aware, and drive processes forward, both independently and together with others. You are development-oriented, curious, and open to new perspectives. You are solution-oriented and find opportunities to create an education where the children's best interests are in focus together with your colleagues. You thrive in a culture built on collegial learning, where systematic quality work is a part.
