Dahls Optik in Staffanstorp is growing and is now taking the next step in its clinical development.

We are looking for you – an engaged and skilled Optometrist with a Master’s degree – who wants to lead and develop our brand-new clinical division. The position is 50–60% with a location in the heart of Staffanstorp.

About the role and your daily work

In this role, you will have significant responsibility for driving and shaping our new clinical division. You will work closely with patients using advanced diagnostics and follow-up care. Since we are committed to high-quality eye health, you will have access to modern equipment to perform in-depth analyses.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced vision and eye examinations with a clinical focus.
• Independently manage and interpret examinations using OCT and visual field testing.
• Assess the need for and administer diagnostic eye drops.
• Drive the development of the new clinical operations forward in collaboration with the rest of the team.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed optometrist with further education in a Master’s degree or equivalent clinical specialization. You are passionate about eye health and thrive in a role where you can fully utilize your clinical expertise. You are meticulous, confident in your assessments, and have a genuine interest in building long-term patient relationships.

Your qualifications:

• Authorization to prescribe diagnostic eye drops.
• Master’s degree.
• Good knowledge and substantial practical experience with OCT.
• Strong experience in visual field analysis and follow-up.
• Strong interest in eye health.
• Good teamwork skills; you thrive in a team where we find solutions together for everyone's benefit.
• Passionate about finding the best solution for patients.
• Experience collaborating with ophthalmologists is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
