Lapplands Learning Centres is the joint operation for adult education and university units in Gällivare, Jokkmokk, Kiruna, and Pajala. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Brand Developer, you lead a strategic development process with the purpose of strengthening Lapplands Learning Centres as a joint force for competence supply, education, and attractive living environments in our municipalities.

You will work on:

• Contributing to increased awareness of Lapplands Learning Centres
• Strengthening the link between education and the labor market
• Developing joint working methods/models for collaboration
• Creating long-term structure beyond the end of the project

Specific tasks:

• Develop strategies for brand development and positioning.
• Lead the project as a whole and have overall responsibility for the project across all four locations.
• Create structure and direction for the project.
• Plan, lead, implement, and follow up on the project's activities, goals, and budget.
• Responsible for reporting and follow-up to Region Norrbotten.
• Ensure that local efforts fit into a larger context.
• Develop how Lapplands Learning Centres is made visible and connects education and working life, contributing to strengthening the municipalities' attractiveness as study and residence locations.
• Collaborate with municipalities, administrations, business, employers, educational providers, the region, and project colleagues.

You will be part of a working group with the education leaders of Lapplands Learning Centres.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Structured, self-initiating, and solution-oriented.

• Creative and development-oriented.
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, and to adapt messages to different target groups.
• Experience of project or process management within education or industry development.
• Experience of building and maintaining collaborations with actors such as schools, municipalities, employers, and industry organizations.
• Digital competence and curiosity about new tools.

Background:

Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience. Education or experience in communication, marketing, or project management is desirable.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
