RESPONSIBILITIES

Ekbackeskolan is the small high school, centrally located in Osby. We are now looking for an engaged and qualified part-time Spanish teacher.

As a high school Spanish teacher, you plan, conduct, and develop Spanish instruction. You create teaching that sparks curiosity and gives students the opportunity to develop their language skills.

The teaching combines theory, oral and written communication, as well as practical and varied working methods where students have the opportunity to develop their language in different contexts. You encourage creativity, collaboration, and communicative ability, and help students see the connection between language, culture, and the surrounding world.

You collaborate closely with colleagues in the subject group and actively contribute to the school's pedagogical development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified high school teacher with the qualifications to teach Spanish.

You are also welcome to apply if you have an academic background in the Spanish language, are fluent in the language, and are interested in working with teaching and youth learning.

As a person, you are engaged, curious, and communicative. You have the ability to build good relationships with students and demonstrate clear pedagogical leadership in the classroom. You enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive work climate together with your colleagues.

You will become part of an engaged work team where we collaborate, share experiences, and develop teaching together.

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the operational needs.
