We are looking for a Group Reporting Specialist! Mio is on an exciting journey of growth and change. We are now taking our next big step and preparing our organization for a future, potential IPO. To succeed in this, we are now building a robust and scalable group reporting function. We are looking for you who want to play a key role in this work, set the framework, develop processes, and take Mio to the next level. About the role As a Group Reporting Specialist, you will step into a completely new, business-critical role at Mio's headquarters in Tibro. You will work closely with – and become the right hand to – our Head of Group Reporting, Thomas. This is not a role where you just maintain; it is a role where you build and shape the way forward. Your main areas of responsibility:

• IPO Readiness: Lead and drive sub-projects to ensure that the right routines, controls, and reporting models are in place for a future IPO.
• Group Reporting: Support and relieve in the ongoing work of preparing group financial statements.
• System Development: Today we use the business system M3 and perform group reporting in Excel. You will be a driving force in selecting, establishing, and implementing our new group reporting system.
• Sustainability Reporting: You are responsible for the accounting department's work and structure regarding sustainability reporting (ESG/CSRD).
• Requirement Holder: Act as support for the legal entities and the accounting manager to ensure the highest quality in reporting.

We are looking for you who have solid experience in deeper accounting and regulations. The dream profile is that you currently work at a larger company or group with group reporting, preferably in a listed environment. Alternatively, you have a background from an audit firm where you have worked extensively with this type of company.

• Practical or theoretical knowledge of IFRS is highly meritorious.
• Experience and practical application of system support for group reporting.
• Experience from retail is a plus, but not a requirement – the most important thing is your knowledge of the processes required to move the company forward.
