About the role We are now looking for an Electrical Project Manager for a contracting company focused on infrastructure projects. This is a role for you who want to develop within project management while working closely with production, technology, and people. They drive electrical projects where quality, structure, and collaboration are crucial for success. In this role, you will work together with experienced project managers and site managers, gradually taking greater responsibility in different parts of the projects. You will become an important part of the daily project work, contributing to planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation.

Your future responsibilities

As an Electrical Project Manager, you work closely with site managers, foremen, technicians, and other functions in the project organization. You drive projects and have a varied role where you are involved in both planning, production, economics, and technical coordination.

You will among other things:

• Be responsible for planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects
• Participate in the creation and updating of project plans and schedules
• Monitor time, costs, quality, and project progress
• Participate in customer meetings, construction meetings, and internal project meetings
• Ensure that documentation, self-inspections, and technical specifications are followed up
• Contribute to the handling of deviations, risks, and variation orders
• Coordinate technical issues with internal and external parties
• Monitor deliveries, materials, and subcontractors prior to planned work

We are looking for someone who has

• Upper secondary or post-secondary education in electricity, power engineering, automation, installation, or equivalent, or relevant practical experience
• Experience in project management within electrical installation, contracting, or infrastructure
• Experience in understanding contracts, economics, budgeting, creating schedules, resource planning, and production
• Good ability to communicate and collaborate with different functions in a project team
