About the role

As a mechanic, you will work with the service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of garbage trucks. The work takes place in a modern workshop environment alongside a competent team, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of garbage trucks
• Troubleshooting in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics on heavy vehicles
• Documentation of completed work and handling of spare parts
• Independent work and teamwork

You are driven, responsible, and thrive in a practical role with varied tasks and periods of high tempo. You have a service-oriented approach, take initiative, and are structured and meticulous. You also possess strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working on garbage trucks is required
• Knowledge of hydraulics and electronics
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
