Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter is a municipal company that owns and manages most of Huddinge's schools and preschools, as well as the municipality's nursing homes, sports halls, and outdoor facilities. Our mandate also includes management assignments for municipally owned premises and buildings. We have approximately 120 employees.

Do you want an administrative role where structure, the big picture, and collaboration are in focus?
As a Property Management Coordinator within External Management, you are a key administrative support where you work closely with the team on contracts, finance, and documentation related to the municipally owned property portfolio we manage. The role gives you the opportunity to use your administrative breadth and contribute to making the work function – both in everyday life and in a project that is under development.
About the position
We are looking for an engaged and administratively skilled Property Management Coordinator who wants to work with a varied and socially important property portfolio that we manage for Huddinge Municipality. The portfolio consists mainly of:
- Leased farms with associated land
- Buildings within nature conservation areas
- Buildings within development properties
- Homeownership associations (Bostadsrätter)
As a Property Management Coordinator, you become part of a team that drives the assignment together. The team currently includes property managers, assistant managers, and property technicians, and together you have a shared responsibility for creating a well-functioning, secure, and long-term sustainable management.
The role has a clear supportive focus in the administrative work and means that you, together with the rest of the team, contribute to creating and maintaining good structure, functioning routines, and quality in the handling of contracts, finance, and documentation.
Further description and examples of tasks
The tasks are varied and may change over time, but can be summarized within the following areas:
- Ongoing administrative support in contract work, including rental, lease, and homeownership-related processes
- Handling of financial administration related to the management, such as invoice flows, re-invoicing, contract finance, and preparation of materials
- Administrative handling and updating of data in systems and registers related to the management of buildings and land
- Ensuring structure, order, and quality in documentation as well as common working methods and routines
- Participate in and drive administrative issues that arise in the team's ongoing change and development work.
Your qualifications
Requirements
- Administrative education and/or documented work experience of similar administrative tasks
- Documented knowledge and at least 2 years of experience working with rental law, contract management, and contract finance
- Documented knowledge and/or experience of invoice handling, such as accounting and re-invoicing.
- Very good system proficiency and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with and work in digital tools and administrative systems
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
