We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a student who wants to work part-time as a receptionist alongside their studies. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, receiving deliveries, placing orders, ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, and providing administrative support.

The work is scheduled for mornings, Monday–Friday, 07:30–11:30. You must be available to work at least two days per week.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are a student enrolled in at least 50% of a full-time program
• You have previous experience in service, customer interaction, and administration
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written

To thrive in this role, you need to have a high service level, be flexible, and understand the importance of teamwork. You should be able to act professionally, take initiative, and possess basic technical skills.
