About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative/Customer Support at HomeMaid, you are responsible for providing professional service to customers via phone and email. The role involves handling incoming inquiries regarding our services, as well as managing quotes and follow-ups. You will also actively engage in sales and upselling to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle new customer acquisition and build long-term customer relationships
• Actively engage in upselling to existing customers
• Conduct outbound sales calls to both current and former customers
• Provide support and advice via phone and email
• Manage quotes and follow up on customer cases

We are looking for someone who

To thrive in this role, you are service-oriented, communicative, and have a genuine customer focus. You are used to working independently and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.

We would prefer that you:

• Have experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably via phone
• Are goal-oriented and driven by creating results
• Are solution-oriented, positive, and engaged
• Have good computer and system skills; experience with LiME or Tengella is a plus
• Are self-motivated and responsible
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and have good knowledge of English

About the position:

Your working hours are primarily during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays occur, particularly in connection with internal training.

Location: Home office, Halmstad

Employment: 100%, 6-month probation period.

Start date: Immediately or as agreed.
