Statens institutionsstyrelse (SiS) is a government agency responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial problems and for adults with substance abuse issues. SiS LVM-hem Lunden receives women with alcohol, drug, or combined substance abuse. We admit clients with mental health issues and those requiring medical nursing. Our operations are located in Lund.

We are now looking for a careful and structured Economic Administrator for SiS LVM-hem Lunden in Lund. Here, we receive women and, periodically, men with alcohol, drug, or combined substance abuse. Many of our clients also have mental health issues and require medical nursing. As an Economic Administrator with us, you will have a varied and meaningful role where you support the operations by handling financial and administrative tasks.

Job Description

As an Economic Administrator at SiS LVM-hem Lunden, you will work independently in a broad and varied role. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • ✅ Invoice Processing – handling customer and supplier invoices.
  • ✅ Bookkeeping and Reconciliation – ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and internal billing.
  • ✅ Budget and Financial Follow-up – supporting managers in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • ✅ Inventory – responsible for inventory of the organization's assets.
  • ✅ Support to Managers – assisting with economic administrative questions and materials.
  • ✅ Registry and Diary Management – handling diary management, archiving, and document management.
  • ✅ Purchasing and Requisitions – managing purchases and electronic requisitions via systems such as Visma Proceedo.
  • ✅ Mail Handling – responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
  • ✅ Mobile Phone Cards – handling mobile phone cards and expense claims.

Good communication skills and the ability to build trust in interactions with colleagues and managers are important.

Requirements for the position:

  • ✔ High school diploma with a focus on economics (completed).
  • ✔ Experience in economic administration or another role involving economic management.
  • ✔ Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
  • ✔ Proficient computer skills and solid knowledge of Word and Excel.

Merits:

  • ➕ Experience from government operations and public procurement.
  • ➕ Post-secondary education in economics or similar.
  • ➕ Experience with systems such as UBW (formerly Agresso), Visma Proceedo, and Ciceron.
  • ➕ Experience handling registry and diary management.
  • ➕ Experience with administration in AD or other IT environments.

Employment:

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.

Working Hours: Daytime, Monday-Friday, with the possibility of flexible working agreements.
