The Child and Youth Administration is responsible for preschools, after-school centers, comprehensive schools, and adapted comprehensive schools for grades F-9. In total, we are about 1,100 people working to provide good operations for our children and students today and prepare them for the future. As staff in our administration, you create together with us the conditions for children's and students' desire to learn and their opportunity to succeed.

Now you have the chance to step into a varied and developmental role when one of our preschool teachers is working abroad for six months. We are looking for you who longs to work at a small preschool in a vibrant countryside. Magra Preschool is located in Bjärke in a calm and pleasant environment with proximity to nature. We have our operations in the same building as the school (F-6) and a close collaboration with the after-school center during opening and closing hours. At our place, the children are met by a safe, homely, and inspiring environment where play, learning, and language development are in focus.

DUTIES

You will be one of four educators in the work team during the period when the regular preschool teacher is on leave and will be involved in all parts of the operations and teaching. We are looking for you who want to help continue developing our preschool together with colleagues and children, into a safe, inspiring, and joyful environment where every child gets the opportunity to develop based on their needs and interests.

The assignment is about creating good conditions for children's learning and development, and you are welcome to be driving force within language development as it is one of the preschool's special focus areas.

The position is 80%, with one day off per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed preschool teacher
• are well-versed in the preschool curriculum, Lpfö 18, rev. 25
• have a B driver's license and access to a car, as public transport is limited
• have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

Meritorious:

• are driven in SKA work (Play, Learning, and Development) and documentation.
