We are looking for Finance Assistants for Peab in Ängelholm

We are looking for another finance assistant for Peab in Ängelholm who can start immediately, as well as two individuals who can start after the summer.

We are seeking passionate individuals who want to be part of an open, non-hierarchical workplace with a great working atmosphere. As a finance assistant, you will join Peab's customer and supplier accounting department and work with exciting and varied tasks. The consultancy assignment starts immediately with a duration of six months, and for the right person, there is an opportunity for extension and eventual takeover by the client afterwards.

About the role

Peab handles large volumes, and in this department, many different systems are used, so you must truly enjoy working with business systems.

Your main responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting
• Customer and/or supplier accounting
• Monthly and bank reconciliations
• Reminders
• Payments
• Setup of new suppliers
• VAT issues
• General office administration/purchasing/invoice handling

Your role also includes helping and supporting your colleagues with various financial matters and sharing your knowledge.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with post-secondary education in economics and experience in similar tasks. You are self-assured, driven, flexible, social, structured, and non-hierarchical. Above all, you thrive in a team environment, and sharing your knowledge is second nature to you. You are experienced in using financial systems and have an easy time learning new ones. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as an understanding of English, are required.
