The school consists of three units; grades F-6, 7-9, and adapted primary school. Here, approximately 500 children and young people and about 120 adults meet daily during the school year to learn from each other, grow, and develop. The school is an intercultural and multilingual school where values-based work is kept alive in everyday life. Engaged staff work at the school, many of whom have stayed for a long time.

Kristinedalskolan is a single-story school centrally located in the urban area of Stenungsund, with proximity to nature and various activities. In addition to school operations covering children and young people from preschool class to grade 9, after-school care and youth club activities are also conducted.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for teaching in the middle school (grades 4-6) and who have a great commitment and drive for student development.

Your task is to be a homeroom teacher in grade 5 and, in collaboration with other teachers, provide students in grade 5 with good conditions to achieve the goals. Your main task as a teacher is to be responsible for the students' learning and development through teaching, guidance, and support. You will work with planning, implementation, and assessment of teaching. At the school, we work systematically with values-based work based on the curriculum Lgr22.

You work based on structured and varied teaching and adapt to the group so that all students learn and develop. You are accustomed to working with modeling and benefit from using genre pedagogy. We think it is important to capture the students' interests and create accessible and challenging teaching based on that. Working as a teacher means constantly developing based on the students we meet. Documenting, following up, evaluating, and communicating the students' development to guardians are other important tasks. All assessment aims to create a positive learning identity.

You differentiate your teaching and create accessible learning environments for the group so that all students learn and develop. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are an experienced and certified teacher who enjoys developing your teaching. You should have a working method where student influence and flexibility are a natural part. You are a good and structured leader in the classroom with clear communication. You have qualities that include both structure and creativity, and you enjoy collaborating with others. It is important that you are secure in your professional role and that you have a relational leadership style towards students, parents, and colleagues.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

It is an advantage if you have education in or experience with Swedish as a second language.
