About the Role

As an administrator here, you will have a central role in the operations, working with documentation, follow-up, and administrative coordination related to our operational and contracting projects.

The work is varied and involves daily contact with colleagues, customers, and contractors. You will support the business with administration regarding projects, inspections, and document management, as well as help keep our systems and map data updated.

The position is located at our office in Täby.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with, among other things:

• Map updates and administration in digital systems
• Preparation and compilation of documentation for inspections
• Handling and follow-up of work orders and fault reports
• Document management and administrative project support
• Updating drawings, infrastructure information, and technical documentation
• Contact with customers, municipalities, and contractors
• Support to project managers and operational organization
• Administration related to contracts and operational work

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in administrative work
• Good computer skills and ease in working with different systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• A B-driver's license is an advantage

It is an additional advantage if you have experience with:

• Work within contracting, construction, electrical, or technical operations
• Map or GIS systems
• Documentation within infrastructure or public operations
• Work with inspection materials or technical administration
