The Role
The role with us is not fully defined from the start, but is shaped based on your competence, experience, and drive. We are not looking for a narrow specialist profile, but an experienced developer who can dive into complex problem areas and contribute solutions that stand the test of time.

You will work in consulting assignments for our clients, where you contribute to developing, improving, and driving technical solutions forward. The assignments vary from system-near development and embedded systems to more classic software development and new technical areas, which requires both breadth and adaptability.

At the same time, the role is broader than the client assignments. We allocate time to develop our own ideas and projects together, where you get to build from scratch and influence the direction. The role suits you who are confident in your competence, thrive with freedom under responsibility, and are motivated by both solving complex problems and contributing to creating something new.

About Habo Utveckling
Habo Utveckling is not a traditional consulting company – we are a small, curious team building the company we ourselves missed.

Here, competence, engagement, and ideas are at the center. We combine qualified consulting assignments with our own initiatives and create an environment where you have room to influence, develop, and build something together with others.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in areas such as computer science, software, electrical engineering, AI – or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in software development (approx. 10+)
• Strong programming skills and experience working with complex problems
• Ability to quickly get up to speed in new technical environments and deliver solutions
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience with system-near development or embedded systems
• Experience with product, platform, or system development
• Interest in or experience with AI/machine learning
• Background from various types of technical environments or industries
• Experience with open source, personal projects, or technical communities
• Consulting experience or habit of working independently in assignments
• Existing network that can contribute to finding assignments
