Geråshus is located in a beautiful natural environment right next to Gärdsås Square in Bergsjön. Here you will find apartments for general care and support, as well as for tenants with cognitive impairments. The residence is a three-minute walk from the Galileis Gata tram stop, where trams 7 and 11 stop.

You are responsible for planning and organizing staffing in a clear and effective way, ensuring that approximately 100 employees receive a sustainable schedule and a good work environment. In collaboration with managers, you will also initiate the process of introducing fixed schedules for all employees and continue to develop and update them. Your focus is to coordinate daily operations and ensure that staffing always meets the needs of the business. You will also handle orders for the building, and some physical work may be required, such as receiving deliveries and unpacking consumables. In your role, you will also administer invoices for the residence.

About you

We are looking for you who have a high school diploma and further education in administration for care and support, or other education that we can assess as equivalent. You have experience with scheduling, preferably in TimeCare, and are confident working with various and new IT systems. It is an advantage if you have worked in TimeCare, Personec, and Proceedo. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing, and preferably knowledge of laws and regulations such as the Social Services Act and working time regulations. It is an advantage if you have experience from care and support work.
