Your workplace

As an Assistant Nurse in Markaryd Municipality, you will work to ensure that the care recipient has a secure and meaningful life with a good sense of coherence and respectful treatment. You will strive to ensure that care recipients have their self-determination and integrity respected, as well as individually adapted care and nursing. The position means that as a pool worker, you will work within all operational areas of the Social Services Administration throughout the municipality, meaning you will often change workplace, colleagues, and service users.

Your responsibilities

Working as a pool worker suits you if you are attracted by a varied job. The work offers you the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. The Resource Unit coordinates and streamlines the appointment of substitutes where there are vacancies within our care and nursing operations. Staff planning, primarily during weekends, may become relevant. The work means that you need to take great personal responsibility, be flexible, and have good interpersonal skills. An individual introduction will be adapted to you based on your knowledge and the needs of the operation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Assistant Nurse education via the Nursing Program, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Proof of protected professional title as an Assistant Nurse from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Category B driver's license

Merits

It is an advantage if you have:

• worked as a pool worker previously or otherwise have equivalent experience
• experience with staff planning
• experience with operational systems, e.g., Lifecare and Cambio Cosmic

Scope: Full-time, but those interested in a lower percentage of employment are also welcome to apply.
