Do you want to develop within project management and get the opportunity to work closely with senior project managers in a larger organization with socially important projects? We are now looking for a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator for an exciting assignment with a leading player in the energy sector. In this role, you will become an important part of the project operations and work as support to senior project managers in several parallel projects. The assignment suits you who have a few years of experience in project-based work and want to take the next step in your career within project management.
About the role:As project management support, you will work broadly with coordination, administration, and execution of project activities. The tasks vary depending on the project phase and needs, making the role both developmental and dynamic.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project activities
- Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops
- Document meetings, workshops, and decisions
- Create and quality-assure presentation materials
- Handle administration related to the project
- Book and coordinate meetings with various stakeholders
- Conduct risk analyses and follow-ups
- Be responsible for smaller sub-projects with support from a senior project manager
- Have 1–3 years of experience in project-based work or similar coordinating roles
- Have a university degree in a relevant field
- Are at the beginning of your project management career and wish to develop further
- Have good administrative and organizational skills
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you:
- Have a certification in project management
- Have experience from larger organizations
- Have worked within the energy, technology, or infrastructure sectors

About the employment:This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site.
