In a few weeks, I am moving to my first own apartment, about 20 km from Gnesta. This is a big step for me – and at the same time, the start of something completely new. In connection with the move, I am building my personal assistance from scratch, and now I am looking for people who want to become an important part of my daily life.

A little about me
I am 31 years old and like to have people around me. I don't talk much, but instead show with my body language how I am feeling and what I want. Therefore, you need to be attentive, empathetic, and have the patience to get to know me for real.

I like to be outdoors, move around, and come up with things to do. Music means a lot to me – it can both calm and energize. If you share that interest, or perhaps play an instrument, I will be extra happy.

What do the days look like?
You follow me through my entire daily life – at home in the apartment, on outings, and sometimes to medical appointments. Some shifts you work together with a colleague.

I need support with most things, but the most important part is not just the practical – it is about you being there to create safety, structure, and a good flow in my day.

I have epilepsy, so you will learn how to handle seizures and medication in a safe and calm manner.

• Are calm and secure in yourself
• Are receptive and clear in your approach
• Can take responsibility when needed
• Understand the importance of closeness and continuity

A driver's license is a plus, but not a requirement.

Building something together
This is a fresh start – nothing is finished yet. This means that you who start here actually get to influence how everything should work. I want a team where we collaborate, support each other, and focus on what makes my daily life as good as possible.

Do you want a larger role?
There is also the possibility to become a team leader, where you get to help set the structure, introduce new assistants, and keep the assistance team together.

About the recruitment process: We contact interesting candidates on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. As part of our recruitment process, we always conduct a background check via Fortcheck, which is sent to you as a candidate via email and SMS. The background check is conducted entirely on your terms - you perform the check yourself and get to see the result. You then choose whether you want to forward the information to us or cancel.
