I am soon moving into my own apartment, approximately 2–3 hours from Trosa, and with this move, a completely new chapter in my life begins. My personal assistance will be built from the ground up – and now I am looking for you who want to be involved from the very beginning and create something really good together with me.

About me
I am 31 years old and thrive best when I have people around me. I do not communicate much with words, but express myself through body language and feelings – therefore, it is important that you are empathetic and take the time to understand me.

I enjoy being active, taking walks, and going out. Music is a big part of my daily life and contributes to both joy and calm. If you have an interest in music yourself, or perhaps play an instrument, that is a big plus.

Your role with me
As my assistant, you are with me throughout the day – at home, during activities, and when necessary, during healthcare visits. Sometimes you work in pairs.

I need support with most things in my daily life, but it is not just about help – it is about creating security, motivation, and good structure in everything we do together.

I have epilepsy, and you will learn how to handle seizures and medication in a safe and secure manner.

Who I think you are
The most important thing for me is not that you know everything from the start, but that you have the right attitude:

• You are receptive and attentive
• You keep your calm even when something unexpected happens
• You take responsibility and dare to act
• You respect my need for closeness and security

A driver's license is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Since the assistance is newly established, there is a unique opportunity to help shape how everything works in practice. I am looking for people who want to contribute to a good collaboration and a team where we help each other and focus on what works best for me.

About the recruitment process: We are in continuous contact with interesting candidates, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. As part of our recruitment process, we always conduct a background check via Fortcheck, which is sent to you as a candidate via email and SMS. The background check is conducted entirely on your terms – you perform the check yourself and get to see the results. You then choose whether to forward the information to us or cancel.
