Tippen is a small and secure parent cooperative in Linnéstaden that has been in operation for 35 years. Here, we run a business characterized by engagement, with a focus on children, learning, warmth, and security. The proximity to cultural activities and beautiful green areas, such as Änggårdsbergen and Slottsskogen, makes it possible to create varied days. At Tippen, we have a high staff density where educators, the principal, and parents together contribute to making the preschool something truly special.
Tippen is a preschool where we conduct a goal-oriented pedagogical activity based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for the preschool (Lpfö 18 rev. 25). To learn and to gain the desire to learn more is a central part of Tippen's pedagogy, where the activity rests on the foundation of democracy and respect for human rights. Justice, equality, and solidarity are therefore a natural part of the daily activity in the form of play, games, drama, and song.
At Tippen, it is important that every child feels safe and seen, and develops according to their abilities, needs, interests, and wishes. The goal is for the individual child's learning and knowledge of themselves to develop and deepen while the child develops empathy and a sense of being part of a larger group.
The preschool is run as a non-profit association with a stable economy and high parent engagement. The team consists of two preschool teachers, two childcare assistants, and a dedicated principal. The group of children consists of 19-20 children between one and six years old. Tippen has a well-developed collaboration with three other parent cooperatives in Gothenburg, which enables further exchange of experience and inspiration, among other things through joint activities.

We are looking for you who:
- Have a preschool teacher license.
- Are newly graduated or have a few years of experience working in school/preschool.
- See digital tools as good aids in work; at Tippen, we use Tyra.
- Want to lead pedagogical development work together with the principal and the team.
- Are creative and passionate about working with children's joyful learning.
- Are good at collaborating and have your own drive, where you are confident in making decisions in daily operations.
- Are unpretentious and want to work for the development of the activity, the group, and your personal growth.
- Are responsible, careful, and professional in your practice.
