Creativity and reuse in meeting with others is a given starting point, and we use the idea of The Third Room both in Floda preschools' central atelier and in all our preschools and networks. To get the greatest impact, the entire organization needs to work actively with a democratic approach built on shared values and visions.

About the position

As a preschool teacher with us, you contribute to our context as a whole. You help develop the pedagogical environment and the pedagogical documentation with the aim of giving children the opportunity to listen in and feel involved, willing to take responsibility, and contribute to society.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who meets people with genuine curiosity and interest in what others bring and how you can meet them. We think you are interested in what education in preschool can become and want to shape it together with all of us. We also wish that you have experience working with sustainable development, pedagogical documentation, alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), and art-based learning.
