Workplace Description
The Integration and Labor Market Unit (VIA) in Vadstena is part of the Individual and Family Care within the Social Services Administration. Within the Individual and Family Care organization, there are both authority offices and service providers. The authority office handles regulatory matters concerning children, young people, adults, persons with disabilities, transport assistance, and housing adaptations. The service providers consist of an integration and labor market unit as well as an Advice and Support Unit with family and addiction services, housing support, and daily activities.

Job Description
The Integration and Labor Market Unit is responsible for all labor market initiatives in Vadstena Municipality and offers participants various forms of work training, work rehabilitation, and internships within different internal operations as well as municipal internship placements. As a team leader, you are responsible for an operation where participants are offered the opportunity to test the conditions for moving forward into work or studies. With a pedagogical approach, you are responsible for leading and supporting participants in their daily practical work. You work with a focus on participants training to develop various skills and working on the needs identified in their individual action plans.

You are responsible for documenting in accordance with current documentation requirements. Together with labor market case workers, you participate in follow-ups with participants and referring social secretaries regarding how the initiative is functioning and the planning for rehabilitation moving forward.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education with a focus on social work, treatment, rehabilitation, or pedagogy, as well as several years of documented experience from work within support, treatment, and/or pedagogical operations. The job requires that you have a B driver's license, good computer skills, and can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have broad knowledge of work rehabilitation and labor market issues. To perform the job, team leader experience is meritorious, and personal maturity is of importance. It is meritorious if you have experience with documentation according to the Social Services Act and experience with the operation system VIVA.
