We are looking for an engaged and driven Receptionist and Retail Salesperson for our operations in Bergshamra – Welcome to Ottobock Care!

About the Role
As a Receptionist and Retail Salesperson, you will guide our customers to find the right products. In the store, you will work with cash handling, purchasing, inventory management, and customer reception. In the reception area, you will man our switchboard, answer all incoming calls, and handle administrative tasks such as referral processing, appointment booking, and invoicing. During certain periods, the workload is high, requiring you to be able to and enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining service quality.

The position is a full-time temporary assignment located in Bergshamra. Working hours are according to schedule, daytime between 07:30–17:00. The employment period is from August 3 to September 18, and the successful candidate must be available for the entire period. We have a collective agreement, which means you are covered by collective agreement insurance. Travel for work purposes may occur.
About You
To thrive in this role, we believe you have a genuine interest in wellness and working with people. A requirement is that you have very good computer skills, proficiency in the Office package, and fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. Experience in retail sales is meritorious, as is a background in healthcare or wellness education.
To succeed in this role, you are service-oriented and always put the customer first. You are passionate about sales and administration and have strong drive in the work you perform. As a person, you are organized and can structure your work even under high pressure. You are flexible, open to change, and like to take initiative. You are a team player who enjoys working in a group.
